BIZKAIKOA respects the privacy of users of its website and the confidentiality and security of their personal data, pursuant to applicable legislation in matters of data protection, and in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679 and the rules for its development, having adopted accordingly the technical and organisational measures required for avoiding the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorised access or theft of any personal data provided, considering the state of technology, the nature of the data, and the risks to which they are exposed.

The use of this website is governed by Spanish and EU legislation. Whatsoever disagreement that may arise in the interpretation of these terms and conditions shall be resolved before the courts in the user’s place of residence.
